The "chill" must come off as part of the requirements for changing corporate name and stock symbol. The name and symbol could not be changed without the 'chill' problems first being fixed, prior to the regulatory submission.
If BI merged with another company or was taken over, what is the value of BI? At this point with the chill it would seem that the market value is less than a clean shell! ($100K to 500K max.)
