They can be committed all they want, but they don't qualify. To me, the Amex is much better than what they trade on. Leo, can always upgrade to the Nasdaq once they're financials/PPS improve. Making statements, "about paperwork on his desk" caused all this talk. Now with the PPS "unstable at the moment", there's not many options.
