I don't recall Joel ever tweeting that his sample results were submitted, and he was waiting on ADEQ to review them. I do remember him saying he was going to collect samples.

Did he ever do it? Based on his current status with ADEQ, I would say no (see below - status is shown as "overdue" and the timeframe is "expired"):

Even if he did collect samples, ADEQ would reject them. Samples have to be collected by a registered, third-party geologist or engineer.

@cal_cola dirt was sent out to ALS for there testing and they have results and they are reviewing


Joel never said ADEQ, Just another lost sheep posting that.

No idea who ALS is but the ADEQ has not heard from Joel for more than 2 months....PER ADEQ
