These shares have not traded above .0004 since early November.The volume remains low with a high bid:ask ratio.News is sparse as Garth and his 2 high profile directors remain silent.The S1 is not an IPO ,but rather a way for insiders to unload their shares which can't be traded at present.The company will receive none of the proceeds from those sales,if they ever occur.So what is the catalyst that will send ICBT shares higher??
