$$$$SEG-NOT ON CEO WATCH,NOT R/S- SUPERBOWL PARTY! SEGI$$$

The decade-old magazine, based in Miami, has become known for its Super Bowl parties, held the Wednesday before the big game, Levy said.
"This will be an epic, over-the-top party," he said. "In the past, we had a huge venue open to the public. This party will be more exclusive and intimate, with select public tickets and more celebrities and athletes. This party will be for high-net-worth people, like private VCs, CEOs and politicians."
The magazine's new business model will blend celebrity, entertainment and sports news, so the Super Bowl scene is key for its new digital portal for luxe brands, said Kelli Fabian, president and editor-in-chief.
"The party will be a throwback to Studio 54," Fabian said. "Imagine (Andy) Warhol, Basquiat, graffiti and interactive art. This will be edgy and raw."
Levy promises the party to be "completely different" from the 2008 Phoenix Super Bowl party.
"I will guarantee this will blow everything else away," he said. "We're putting a lot of production behind it."
DJ Grandmaster Flash will provide the beats to the party, and Manchester-based indie-electro duo the Ting Tings will perform live.
"We chose Hotel Valley Ho for its cool retro vibe," Fabian said. "We didn't want an average space. This is very important with the re-launch. The Valley Ho represents Hollywood."
