I think if they made it clear that the RS will be put on the back burner and only implemented when it serves the purpose to accelerate an up list, it would do wonders for investor confidence and this puppy would run up to a much higher RS worthy PPS much more quickly. Jmo, however they handle this Dan's experience and hard work will get er done.
