Yea it's tough to say for sure, I was in a few tickers last year that used that MM for conversion. Just the amount of shares, and timing appeared to be retail attempting to manipulate the market with trying to force others to sell. IMO of course

Yea I emailed him, he is a vault with that info and we won't hear until the 8K is up.

It's a waiting game. To believe or not believe?
I choose to believe this is a good investment. Chancy - yes, but I'll take a chance.
I expect the next 8-k will tell us a lot.
