They never implemented it. Ta to this day verifies the authorized as 500 million. Never upped the authorized. Im not going to argue. Do more DD, then looking at an out dated filing.
If you go down several posts a few days ago, you will see where I posted WSHE upped the authorized to 10 billion. But never went through with it, 4 or 5 years ago. I got out way back. Because of that and missed several really good runs. Because management never went through with it. TA WILL VERIFY, 500 MILLION authorized.
