Every penny stock tries to associate these small unknown companies with large corporations, why I dont know, what good does it do? More nauseating to read it.. Very seldom does it effect the PPS... One big problem with many posters I think is they think OCAT is the only game out there and its just not true, company is comparable to star in the universe. Wish they would keep it real.. This company needs cash and phase 2 so management can carry on this ruse for 4 more years.. In the meantime in 6 more months our Hero the CEO will be cashing in his awarded OCAT shares... Same as he did with Antares.. These CEO's are not good at managing but great at keeping the game going.. Is it 2020 yet, delays built in.
