Bio, I am only waiting with a BP partner. Not even with regional deals. Not enough money to develop fast enough. A BP will have to see a lot of proof to pay $50 per share($12.5B at 250M shares which we are approaching all shares counted). They will only pay that because they see something that is sure and all the other you mention is upside for them.
I will take $50 today (maybe less) and never look back. Tomorrow it might take more.
