I will believe it when I see it all in legal filings. I can guarantee a increase in authorized will come and reverse split. Everything Vakser touches becomes worthless. Bottom line OTC showing 605 million issued shares already before dividend. No filing yet showing details.

Not what it says in the legal DISCLOSURE as of 9/30/14 now is it?? It clearly states 313,105,751 RESTRICTED SHARES before the 1 for 100 REVERSE SPLIT which took place about four days later. Those RESTRICTED shares would have been reduced (like all other stock) to 3.13M on 10/3/14. Yet...NOW there are 500 MILLION in the OS that are restricted??
