On February 5th Airene will represent shareholders in a Nevada courtroom asking a judge for a summary judgment which would result in the judge ordering Exobox's illegally appointed CEO Shaun Irvine to immediately commence the required actions that culminate in shareholders voting on the BOD within a specified deadline.
I think we have a 70/30 chance of the judge agreeing that 4 years without a shareholder meeting is long enough.
If he decides to let the decision go to a formal hearing shareholders, and the jack and Shaun show will be given a few weeks to try and put together a compelling story as to why Exobox should not hold annual meetings as required by Nevada Revised Statutes.
