We know that two of the three lay claim to being members of EcoNavigation, LLC., those being Mark Ragusa and Tom Frisina.

The third member of the LLC is identified in a list of Attendees to something called the Cleantech Open Northeast Info Session held in April in a Rochester, NY suburb as "James T".

The State of New York is useless in this regard.
"This office does not require or maintain information regarding the names and addresses of members or managers of nonprofessional limited liability companies."
However we do learn that the LLC was initially registered with the State on JANUARY 13, 2014. (Note that Frisina reports being Founder, Sr VP as of August 2013.)

BTW, I'm not certain that there is any source of the information that there are "three principals of EcoNavigation" other than that conference attendee list.
