Just FYI I found two marijuana farms for sale last month in Bend, OR.
One was the largest marijuana farm in the area and the other
was a 10 acre marijuana farm listed in Craigslist.

My guess it's likely a smaller farm since this is their first effort in this area.
The other thing about Bend,OR is they are currently having
a real estate boom and a lot of growth.
That is probably why they wanted to get it now.

The medical marijuana industry is having a big impact and high
quality plants in that area are selling for $500 a pound.

This is just various finds I saw around Google.
