Agree - also - a manufacturing partner needs to answer to its shareholders as well.

We haven't heard any comments, announcements, or leaks of any kind from external individuals or companies.

Fmeded, before I tackle the 5 points you've made, could you guess how will solar3d save innovative produce $6.6million?

This is not a guess, but a fact. If solar3d has no cell, no module etc. where will the savings come from?

(fact + hint = I'm 120% sure that the additional $3.4Million in savings will not come from JN's retirement savings account :D )

My speculation:

Maybe JN and SUN guys are selling shares in order to subsidize their clients solar installation? Who knows? Maybe JN is Jesus of Nazareth?
