Thanks Alpha, for your response. The cone within the tower would make the diameter at the base a mute point anyway. This is not a "Unity Machine" as others describe it. It undeniably does work and I agree that only the initial project cost is the reason Israeli and Australian engineers that have proven that it does work, have not yet received their go to build.
