You might not be too far off...JN has repeatedly mentioned pilot runs...last major cell update I believe was released ~3 weeks after 2nd QTR ended...maybe we are in for some news on the cell this week...if not I would see lack of news on the cell as a Bullish indicator...if the cell was not going well we would hear sooner rather than later...better get it out before the reverse split or this will drop from $5-6/share back down to penny's...and plus the website, SEC filing..etc all have info on the cell...last thing he would do is tee himself, the board of directors and the company up for a shareholder lawsuit...
