2)Answer to Q3: WHY NOT when the OTCExchange will serve millions and millions customers and generate hundreds of millions in revenue ?

3)Answer to Q4: GRCV is in the FINAL STAGES of negotiations with a MARIJUANA grow FARM located in Bend, Oregon.
The public WILL KNOW the MJ grow farm address when the deal is done.

"Why ... jump into the picture ?" Marijuana business is the best business. GRCV wants to enter the MARIJUANA business because marijuana business has been growing exponentially. This is good for its stock holders (the ones who HOLD GRCV shares).

4)Answer to Q1:
GRCV faced with having to comply with note conversion on aged debt being submitted for share issuances. GRCV is obligated to honor those valid notes and in doing so, it has caused GRCV to have to increase its o/s as a necessity. HOWEVER, GRCV has SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASED ITS DEBT LIABILITIES with the processing of these note conversions. (REPEAT: GRCV has significantly DECREASED ITS DEBT LIABILITIES.)
5)Answer to Q5: ALL SHARE ISSUANCES are POSTED on the OTCmarkets IN DETAIL for the public view and GRCV will CONTINUE to do so.
