Spoke -

In this case, I've emailed NVI to ask if they wanted to comment on your perspective on their rights to movie proceeds. It sounds more likely NVI has an opportunity to pay off their movie related debt (i.e. they took money and gave notes in exchange for getting money up front on the movie from private investors) than to generate much needed cashflow to use towards taking Embarq to market.

What do others see? Does Spoke's comments ring true?

Spoke: This is one time I disagree with you. I think the total revenue from ticket sales, DVD's, related product sales, and advertising will be much higher than your prediction. You also assume that none of the convertible debt has already been converted to stock, which isn't true. Also, how do you know that Cono hasn't been paid off, or if they haven't been, what the terms of repayment are.

Just thought I would add a different perspective.

Spoke: is that 2.25 mill from first profit or revenue, either way I agree that the movie wont hugely profitable for NVEI.
