Aparently, they could do a reverse split, completely change their direction to medical mj, or even go chapter 11.....And some will still see light, at the end of the tunnel....

When are you going to do some DD and realize that it is not a scam? AQLV, the predecessor shell run by Bill Wright was a scam, but VRTY is a completely new company with all new and very real businesses and revenue. Bill Wright, Tracy Bushnell and the AQLV bunch are long gone. I have checked this out and it is not a scam. Scams do not have real and verifiable ongoing businesses.

Now, as for the new and current management team, they need to pull their heads out of the sand and do something, as they inherited a company that was going places in a hurry. The revenue still seems to be ongoing, but we need to see the 10k for the Q and fiscal year ended 9/30/15
