Currently going by OTC & Q which show 115m OS. Company filed a Proxy to add 300m to A/S which was 300mso now @ 600m....As per 10K and 3 Form 4's Insiders hold 85,000,000 so our Gloat should be Approx. 30,000,000. This coming week someone needs to contact T.A ....Hope this helps.
