there's nothing I can say that would make you feel any better and I certainly didn't say I'm happy with the situation but don't you think that a deal with the CNTC would make a huge difference in the stock ? I've heard the Chinese like Henry and it hasn't been that long . I'd like to see this play out a while to see if we can't get a deal and how the Mocksville productions works . I do understand where your coming from but I'm not at all sure a huge management change (other than the one they just had ) would be beneficial at this time. We all have our opinions and I respect them all . I don't know if Scott Shaffer went to Mocksville or not. Hope to hear more from XXII soon.

HS gave you an update regarding China in his recent conference call. He said he expected it to be completed by the end of Q2 and was hoping it was closer to end of Q1 so plantings could occur in the spring.

Second point is your lambasting of the incentive program for launching Red Sun; beyond the fact that you haven't given it a chance to prove itself as a plus or minus, I see nothing in your background to give you any sort of credentials to back up your highly derisive comments. How about taking a more wait and see attitude til it is determined if it is working or not?

As to his personal holdings of XXII, he already has a shitload of shares and will be getting a lot more down the line in normal awarding of options to mgt, so why does he need to be putting every available dollar he has into more shares at the current time? What he feels is appropriate as to his holdings IMO is a totally personal matter that we as stockholders have no right to question.

Should China deal come thru in next few month and Red Sun sales take off with the incentive program being shown to be a very positive factor, are you still going to be posting daily trashing of mgt and deriding all decisions based on your own crystal ball?

I don't mind criticism of mgt but when it's done on a daily basis and is a steady repetition I have to question the merits of the arguments.
