Yes! Maybe with all those gold bearing un mined channels, Leo can just walk into some financial institution and borrow what he needs to reopen the Ruby. Ruby has the collateral in all those un mined gold bearing channels to justify and back up such a loan, right?

Orefinder, yes the facts are not relevant. Better to create some fiction then think it was all just a failed raise. Obviously this is the only reason for the fall. 2 failed raises at a time one of them had to work.

But a tall tale of utter nonsense is a better read I guess.
