REVO does not have a biometrics patent.
REVO has a patent for using a PC to link a camera, placed at the external entrance of a home, to a mobile device.
REVO, like anybody else, can use biometrics. In the same way that they, and anyone else, can use a camera.
But REVO doesn't have any biometric patents and doesn't have a patented camera.
REVO has never filed a patent for a biometric algorithm, software or device. REVO has merely asserted that biometrics can be incorporated in their patented method.
