When I spoke with Punit last summer, he told me much the same of what appears in your post. This is not to say that he's slacking or complacent. It simply means that it sometimes takes a while for things to develop. That there has been no turnover/defections in staff (for example, Mr./Mrs. Drs. Pierce, etc.) is a very positive sign, imo.
