I agree. The way they handled this was not the right way. Always in business in life it is important to be transparent and honest.

I like this company, but they are definitely not perfect. They should have emailed everyone right away who ordered the apple juice to explain the delay. I do not have a problem that they charged my credit card on 12/19,but that they pro actively did not inform us.

Growing a company is a process. We are still in infancy. I hope Robert reads this post. Build your company on transparency and good customer service. Be out front when there are issues to build trust and loyalty and faith in Pleasant Kids.

I am still giving them the benefit of the doubt to redeem themselves. I believe they want this company to grow, but they need to put customers first in their values. Put God first in life, family 2nd, and business 3rd. If you follow this order, it will naturally flow that your heart will be right when putting attention on business to do the right thing.
