This is the smartest post that I have even seen from you. I appreciate your honesty and I hope that INCC proves itself as a strong penny stock. I have seen alot of nasty toxic BS people too, INCC seems legit, just needs a 'win'. Needs a licence and a place to grow.

All growing in that county must follow strict guidelines including growing inside secured monitored buildings that also have size restrictions!

18.04.02.02 All commercial marijuana cultivation shall take place within a secured, locked and unobtrusive structure, meeting the commercial building standards adopted by
Huerfano County at the time of construction.

But There is an major issue in the county with the water infrastructure being so old it may not be able to sustain a large increase in usage. I believe they did a survey as they already have a huge development in place with a real company! May not allow further expansion!

Walsenburg’s City Council has given the green light to the sale of 330 acres of city land to a Denver developer that intends to build greenhouses there for marijuana-growing businesses. Council confirmed the transaction at its meeting Tuesday night, with the expectation the sale will bring Walsenburg around $1.3 million. The developer is Marta Holdings Co. of Denver. City Administrator David Johnston said the development company has been discussing the future marijuana-growing development with Huerfano County commissioners as well. - See more at: http://www.chieftain.com/news/top/3124559-119/sale-walsenburg-park-growing#sthash.G9nrBdva.dpuf

And finally here is a string resistance by locals to marijuana growing!
