its just my guess but i am thinking there is probably still some warrants coming due for the next year or so from the private placements which would create some additional funding if they could use them for that. I'm not sure if that is how it works but i would guess that it is.jmo.

Tpizz They have the equipment and staff to make Customized Dots they also have Financial Backers. Discussed in Detail a Day or so ago.
