Personally, I think Hudson Bay sees a positive outcome to the Markman and wants shares in their hands for the runup. Everybody is clear of each other and if the share price goes up they are in a position to capitalize instead of fighting a potentially losing battle. The outstanding is not that large and no major impact on dilution in my opinion. All other agreements go away. I think a good settlement.
