elysse good morning. Constant state of limbo, uncertainty, no earnings, confusion, doubt etc. All true. ACTC/OCAT has always been this way. From what I remember the company said they will seek financing and then up list. I believe this will happen in the near future. For me not so much uncertainty and confusion when looking at a longer time frame then short term as I suppose some do.
