fox you have not answered the questions. All you have done is try to push the blame to the global lock/dtcc.
If the books had been audited when PRPM was first bought by Vakser then he would have known the company wasn't right.
I believe he knew all along that things were wrong but that he got away with it for years because the dtcc was not doing their job.

Tell us the location of the pot shop that was PR'ed to be open in April in Colorado last year so we can verify it. If you will not be honest and transparent about that then we have ZERO reason to believe anything!

PR from Feb 13 2014
We are pleased to announce the roll out of our first three pilot stores in Colorado, Washington St. and Dallas TX.
We are planning the grand opening of our first location in Colorado in April.

If the dope lounge was to be open if April then surely the land had been acquired to build the custom shop. Permits for building/health/business must have been obtained in order to write that the shop would be open in April.
POINT US TO THE PERMITS! Show us the land deed!
Quit blaming the global lock which did not occur until mid April!

Milt everything came to a halt with the global lock period. Financing was approved by project and backed by shares, could use shares as they were locked. And this was all over something from 2009 from previous owners if people were to be mad at anyone it should be the dtcc for allowing the stock to trade for five years and stomping on it at the hight of a run that wasnt equaled in company history

SutimCo I want all of my shareholders to know I am 100% commited to honesty, transparency, and making this a successful revenue generating company. from farcebook

Let's have some honesty about the Colorado pot shop that was PR'ed in February to be open in April last year and it was all done with independent money from hedge funds.
The global lock does is not retroactive and does not UNDO previous business dealings. That looks to me to be quite a lie!

You recently posted the pot shop is still a pet project and now you are looking for a location.
How could you state the Colorado pot shop would be open in April last year if you did not even have a location?
And how could you be stupid enough to say that a pot shop would be rolled out in Texas when it is quite illegal there?
How about some of that honesty and transparency HERE and NOW pal?
Thoughts?

Stop playing the global lock card and be honest for a change.
