I agree sec should have laws for penny stocks. I think if the want to do a R/S their stock should be affected as well, same thing with dilution, if there stock value would be affected like normal shareholders then we would see a lot less of the bull shit. That said I do feel that SWRF is a good company, and in the long run this will pay off.
