MELY, yep.... fully aware of filing date.... but the new ownership/leadership in MELY, coincides w/ the timing of The North American Bitcoin Conference.....

.... the public & business has been aware that MELY is aspiring to become the USA's biggest Bitcoin mining pool.... maybe some kind of deal was made, shortly after the Dec. 5th CryptoCoin article?
