Designed and built new on-line broadcast system that enabled the automatic delivery of advertising materials to consumers via email and fax. Set up complete network for mass mailing, comprised of 40 Linux mailing servers, 2 DNS severs, 4 hosting servers, 4 database servers, a firewall server, a network monitoring server, and 2 network monitoring switches. Wrote automation scripts to notify administration if IP address was blacklisted for spam, to analyze incoming bounce percentages, top processing emails on queue, and send notification, and to analyze incoming and remove ticket emails.

Modified existing PHP/C++ compiled PHP C-Shell Scripts for the broadcast system software to allow for 500 multithread connections on a 1.7 gzh 2 gig of RAM server producing an output of 600,000 to 1,000,000 emails per hour based on the validation of the email address.

Developed and built new TellyTube web-based product to enable users to upload, share, and view videos leveraging ASP.NET and C++. System was designed to enable users to receive payment for per unique view. Built development and supported development / production environments.

Recruited by investment firm to oversee the design and launch of GOTV to capture the IPTV service market. Managed the design of website to enable customers to purchase product, select channels, and reset / configure functionality within IPTV hardware. Oversaw the successful divestiture of GOTV.

Founded and managed 727 Communications to provide VoIP services to clients throughout the United States. Programmed and maintained VoIP switches, Least Cost Routing, and SIP Trunking. Set-up infrastructure and established relationships with telecommunications partners to secure appropriate bandwidth.
