First, a reverse split does not impact authorized shares, only outstanding shares and just about every triple penny stock that goes through a reverse split TANKS quickly thereafter. IF there was game changer news, then there would be no need to reverse split. Share count could be reduced and stock price could be increased through a buy back of shares. IF you are counting on an RS with an eventual share price climb to $100 and calling that EASY MONEY then all I can say is "Oh boy, we got a live one".
