This rules out Nasdaq and NYSE. I don't know of any stocks that trade on either of these and OTC simultaneously.

As a long for WNTR, this has me upbeat. Share buy back is critical to getting this stock's price to a decent level again. Getting out of the pinkies is an added incentive
