#29414 RE: ANIA77 #29398

Found this news yesterday. My post got absorbed in yesterdays postings, but I believe this is the reason the stock is falling.

I'm betting today and yesterday's downturns can be attributed to this misguided reporting:
http://www.nbcnews.com/health/cancer/you-vape-high-levels-formaldehyde-hidden-e-cigs-n290826

The experiments referenced in the above article have been slammed for not being realistic, stating that the ecig must be activated for around 100 seconds to produce these results, which is an absurdly long amount of time.

Here is the article outlining the details of the faulty experiment.

The FIN ecigs do not allow this kind of overloading and based on these articles I (a non-professional, non-scientist) would consider them safe. Todays results are probably due to panic selling grounded on sensational reporting.

Here is a more unbiased and reasonable overview from NPR:

I should also add a footnote that I am long ECIG, am an ecig user of 2 years, and before that I was a smoker of 2 years. I recently switched to FIN ecigs and am very pleased with their products.
