1982 ? Lol! So no charges in the last 32 years is what you are saying. He learned his lesson maybe. No law against being a bad businessman , i would think if there was something going on there would have been some charges more recent than that. or do you think that they don't look into past criminals for new charges being that you only use the facts and all.
