Dr. Silkworth--exactly right. We KNOW there is oil there. One well was a producer. And the TRC admits themselves in their disclaimer that they are not the final word or even accurate--nor should all credibility and reliance be placed upon them. In other words, a well may have had oil or gas shows, but maybe not enough at the time to be economically feasible for drilling to continue. The TRC is forced to see things in absolute black and white terms and labels it a 'dry hole.'
