Coincidence? What are you referring to? That is what Walters does now whether its thru Monarch, Guild Bay or Dealvelocity?

I thought we already established that they did an acquisition last sept along with $3M convertible debt.

Not sure what this has to do with RMTD now by him creating yet another business.
