F6, you might be on to something. I repeatedly get notifications to update Adobe Flash... I agree to the update and download, but it doesn't seem to take (probably the wrong word)... later I get the same notification to update. I will check out your suggestions tomorrow, any more suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

PS, While in New Orleans at my daughter's wedding my "expert" nephew was messing with this laptop... seemed like he was trying to optimize it for his games.

Tornado, I went ahead and followed your instructions, and Presto, it worked. I had to reload/refresh your post twice, but the second time both videos showed up. Something in this ACER pos is still dragging it's feet, but the good news is your advice helped and I will remember the method. Thanks!
