$UNQT I believe so. lol I spoke to JT about a week ago or so, didn't touch on any direct subjects, just gave him some compliments about all he has done for the company in 2014, and his goals coming up for 2015. Keep in mind, within the next 2-4 weeks we should get news of being SEC current reporting status.
From the previous PRs as well as shareholder updates, I have a feeling about the companies he has been talking about would be a good fit to merge/acquire with. He noted out of the several companies he had been in contact with, 2 stood out and I feel these 2 are wanting UNQT to be SEC current before they finalize any deals. This is just my pov on what's been given publicly for now. I am anticipating to see another shareholder update soon or an 8k with material events etc... Time will tell.
