Remember, PS in itself is not immunosuppressive, it is, afterall what alerts the macrophage to eat me. The problem, as identified by Dr Brekken at NYAS, is the amount of exposed PS, the THRESHOLD, the tipping point between just a normal cell and a diseased one.
Normal apoptosis exposes correct amount, disease uses PS to create the cloak.

I asked the threshold question back then.

ALSO, the number of 400 patients was used but then all the sudden 600 patients. Remember?? That is how we KNOW Sunrise patients have been dosed...by a subtle clue from PPHM. WELL, not so subtle...
