Nice but rather unconvincing try.

Yes there is selling - but largely for reasons that are not known.

Yes there are risks in getting the new cell to market.

But no SLTD is not a "grossly overvalued solar installer" at least in any reasonable analysis.

Actually the new law firm the s-3 and uplisting kind of points to the cell coming soon. I don't know what you're talking about

Lets suppose for a second we are "just" an installer do you think we might qualify on the NYSE MKT?
http://usequities.nyx.com/listings/list-with-nyse/nyse-mkt-listing-standards.
Why would JN be lining us up for a move up if no value? Do you think there would be any value for an installer? One that is clearly making money and expanding and maybe he would then set us up for a merger or buy out from one of the biggies.
Lets just suppose for a second. Which I wouldn't of course.
And If there was no cell wouldn't all the insiders be selling more and at a quicker pace and why go through all the trouble and expense of up listing if there was no value?
I might have a few concerns but that is not one of them.
The only problem with insider sales on OTC is it brings the rats out from behind the woodwork.
