I very much appreciate all of your support this last year. As you probably have seen, we lost support from our investors and were forced to close operations end of last week. Sorry tale, I think we were just early on the potential to monetize content.

other emails, now i pressed him on his fox interview late December in which he presented a "all is well" interview to include i told i beleive he new th e company was toast in late November and yet he did not sahy anything, which in Novemb er again i begged hiom in an email to let us know as investors if we should move on if the company is in real trouble

Here is what happened.

Basically, we entered into agreements with the Internet stars Cameron and Nash. Based on their traffic estimates and promises for promotion, we invested over $250,000 to fund new applications and capacity to scale. They completely reneged on their agreements which meant that we had the costs without the revenue.

Without results, the share price dropped and with low price and no liquidity the funding tried up.

Sad story. We are all out a ton.
