I really hate to think it but the longer this NDA limbo drags out, it further confirm that Elite is a Pump and Dump. We saw all the Pump from management all year long, now the steep PPS decline with no progress. If there is no news regarding NDA by next month, we all know what usually comes after the Dump Phase..... Lawsuits!!
