You are right and that is why I got really excited about Vivica Fox saying she is going to be bringing celebs to OWOO!
The Toy Fair location is not in the dolls but I would assume buyers are going to be walking the whole floor to see what's there. I have done Home and Garden trade shows for my brother in law's business and it was actually better for us when we were not mixed in with like products!
I read up on the ToyFair recently. It is very interesting how it works. It appears most major distributors have a list of vendors they want to see. They actually make appointments to visit the booths. Every major Toy Company will be there, and they have first pick based on seniority it would appear. So a second year company like OWOO has to work it's way up. Sort of like buying season tickets, some first time company's don't even make the cut.
Booth location plays a very minor role in the process it would seem. Check out the toyfair vendor website for more information. It is a closed event so unless you are part of the industry you can't even get inside. I would love to go!!!!
