While the management remains philosophically committed to the VODwiz roll-out to consumers, to be clear, this new venture has taken a backseat to the current priorities.

This is BS. Have they no conscious.

We were promised an imminent VodWiz roll out months ago - with date, time, numbers, names, independent suppliers etc... Then they act like it never happened.

"Out of the door>> HHSE Records Record SALES with January Shipments!"

Good morning HHSE Friends & Followers - In response to the Company's earlier announcement that January was shaping up into a RECORD month for the Company's core (DVD / Blu-Ray) business, some shareholders have asked for a breakdown of titles and placements.

Unlike some of the prior HHSE blog posts and forecasts, the information below are not "projections" of upcoming activities... but an actual out-of-the-door summation of shipments thus far for this month! SEVEN DVD titles (plus BluRay formats for "American Justice" and "Gabrielle"), makes for NINE new items shipping in a single month!

How does this compare to the TOTAL of new releases in 2013? How about 2014? The answer is impressive. HHSE had a total of EIGHT new titles in ALL of 2013, and FOUR new DVDs in ALL of 2014 (along with three books and one audio CD for a total of eight new releases).

So our January, 2015 product flow already EQUALS OR EXCEEDS the total of all product flow for each of the prior two years!

Is this an anomaly? Are those HHSE guys going to go on a six-month vacation now?

NO! New title releases already in preorder / solicitation for shipments* over the the next few months include:

FEBRUARY: Reach, Midnight Horror Show, Pappa Cap Urban Six Pack, The Weather Station

MARCH - Flesh for the Beast: Tsukiko's Curse, Of Sentimental Value, Vengeance II, The Congregation, Grim, Next Up

APRIL - Dinosaurs of the Jurassic, Doonby, Susie's Hope, On Angel's Wings, Red Dirt Rising, The Honeymoon,

MAY - Silent No More, Salvation, Surf Party: Summer Unleashed, Brutal Colors, Live at the Foxes Den, Frankenstein: Day of the Beast

PLUS - The Company, along with supplier-studio labels from Medallion Releasing, will be repricing and re-releasing TWENTY-THREE (23) ADDITIONAL ITEMS during this same time frame, priced for the WALMART, TARGET and BEST BUY Budget DVD Bins.

... Add in four SIGNIFICANT theatrical release titles this spring - which will add to a line up for SUMMER and early FALL - and it's easy to see that HHSE and Medallion are positioned to have about EIGHTY (80) titles during 2015... more than TEN-TIMES the revenue generating number of releases than each of the past two years! This rapid expansion of the Company's release slate is due to a variety of factors, not the least of which is the organization of Medallion Releasing - the recruitment of supplier studios to add these titles (all of which - and many more - are also part of the Company's VODwiz collection), and a focus on building the core business and core revenues so that the Company can thrive, grow and pay its obligations from revenues.

ITEM 1 – Notification of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Additional Disclosures

1) ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS –

Notice is hereby given that the Company will conduct its Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 1:00pm on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at the principal office headquarters of Hannover House, Inc., located at 1428 Chester St., Springdale, AR 72764. Verified shareholders of record as of Dec. 15, 2014 are eligible to attend. All parties planning to attend need to submit an email request prior to February 20, 2015 to: [e-mail] with sufficient information in the email to enable shareholder verification to occur. A detailed agenda of discussion items will be posted at least one week prior to the Shareholder’s Meeting.

2) ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURE ITEMS -

a. SVOD -
The Company’s Board of Directors has approved the execution of Netflix Subscription Video On Demand agreements for selected theatrical and higher-profile Hannover House / Medallion titles. The following feature films have been accepted for SVOD agreements: “The Algerian”, “Bonobos: Back to the Wild” and “Valley Inn.” With respect to “Dark Awakening,” the Netflix SVOD agreement has been excluded from the agreement by The Little Film Company. With respect to “The Summoning,” the Netflix SVOD agreement is being pledged as direct collateral to the production lenders.

b. International –
The Company’s Board of Directors has approved the engagement of The Little Film Company to handle the International Sales & Licensing rights held by Company in and to the following feature films: “The Algerian”, “The Summoning” and “Valley Inn.” Under the terms of this agreement, applicable sales commissions or distribution fees shall be divided between HHSE and Little Film Company. It is anticipated that the initial launch of this sales and distribution venture between HHSE and The Little Film Company will commence at the Cannes Film Festival in May, 2015, although it’s possible that sales activity could commence at the European Film Market (EFM) show in Berlin in early February. “The Algerian” and “Valley Inn,” are completed feature films, ready for immediate delivery to international licensors. “The Summoning” is currently in pre-production, slated to commence principal photography on April 27, 2015, with a promo reel of scenes expected to be ready for the Cannes market.

c. January Product Shipments –
Company has set a new single month sales record for total number of release items and video revenues for the month of January, 2015; HHSE management feels this sales achievement bodes well for the Company’s cash flow in the coming months. New release shipments included “American Justice”, “Asalto Al Cine”, “Sunshine”, “Gabrielle”, “Cinema Hold Up”, “Grand Champion” (re-issue) and “Valley of the Witch.”
