Couch, and other DD Longs: how do you account for this steady drop in PPS when the company itself is progressing so well?

Is it basically just manipulation by MMs and others to make the price drop? If so, why?

Possible motives i can think of:

A. In order to to buy more cheap shares?

B. Possibly manipulation by a company who wants to buy out ELTP?

Your thoughts?
