Would we necessarily know if/when Charter resigns?

* He doesn't care about Radient's relationship with the SEC since Radient is never going to report any financials and RXPC shares will never be registered again. Therefore, the lack of an 8K about his resignation does not prove that he didn't resign. Who knows, maybe he resigned the day after he got what he wanted from the Tustin office! We'll never know.

* He was/is not going to pay for a PR to announce his resignation or any other Radient-related event.

If he ever comes to the USA to live he might resign officially just to keep the collection agencies away. But I don't think he wants to live in the USA.
